Interactive Miniature Mystery

Detective Erin & the Case of the Missing 22 Minutes, 2024

This project was conceptualised with my client as an anniversary gift for his wife who likes mystery novels, Jurassic Park, and crossword puzzles and also happens to enjoy building miniature room kits. So this was an interactive narrative that turned her into the protagonist of her very own Nancy-Drew-style mystery thriller, with a final chapter that had to be solved in miniature. Starting on the day of the anniversary, she received a sneak-peek book of the first chapter, followed by a series of teaser clues over the next 22 days. On the final day, she received the final chapter, where a mysterious informant had fled, leaving behind a series of clues for her to find in his miniature study.
